Defensive Driving Courses
The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission offers incentives for taking a defensive driving course. For instance, upon completion of the course two points will be removed from your license. Additionally, you may qualify for a rate reduction from your insurance company.
Below is a list of approved defensive driving courses. You may also take an online course from the comfort of your own home or office. (You should confirm with the MVC that the course you are taking is still approved, as these classifications may change from time-to-time.)
